1. About these terms
EyeTech provides CCTV and security systems, internet and networking solutions, and home Wi-Fi installation and support to homes and businesses in the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply when you use this website, send us an enquiry, request a quote, book a site survey, or ask us to carry out work.
By using the website or asking us for our services you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or request our services. If you have a separate written agreement or quote with us, that document applies together with these terms, and where the two differ the written agreement or quote comes first.
2. Our services
Our services are grouped into three areas: CCTV and security systems, internet and networking solutions, and home Wi-Fi and internet solutions. The descriptions on this website explain in general what each service involves. The exact work, equipment and price for your property are set out in the written quote we give you.
3. Enquiries, quotes and site surveys
- Sending an enquiry or request does not create a contract. We will contact you to understand what you need.
- Our site survey is free of charge. During it we look at the property, listen to what you need and discuss options.
- After the survey we send a written plan and quote. A quote states what is included, the price and how long it stays valid.
- A contract for work starts when you accept the quote and we confirm that we will carry out the work.
- If the scope changes after you accept a quote, for example more cameras, extra cabling or a different location, we will agree the change and any difference in price with you before doing that part of the work.
4. Booking a site visit
You can choose a day and an arrival window for a visit on our booking page. Please note the following.
- Visits are offered on the days and in the arrival windows shown on the booking page, and depend on availability.
- We give an arrival window, not an exact time. Our technician will arrive within the window you chose.
- When you book you receive a reference and a private link to view, move or cancel the booking. Keep the link private, because anyone who has it can change the booking.
- You can move or cancel a booking online up to 24 hours before the arrival window begins. After that, please contact us directly.
- Our site survey is free. A visit to look at a fault on a system that is already installed is chargeable, and it is marked as chargeable when you choose it on the booking page.
- Someone who can give us access to the property should be present during the visit. If we cannot get in, we may need to rebook the visit.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are those stated in your written quote. Applicable taxes, including VAT where it applies, are shown or explained in the quote. Payment terms, including any amount due before work starts, are stated in the quote. Any extra work that is not part of the quote is agreed with you and priced before it is done.
6. Your responsibilities
To let us do the work properly and safely, you agree to:
- give us accurate information about the property and what you need;
- make sure you are the owner of the property or that you have the permission of the owner, landlord, building management or community management for the work, including any permission needed to drill, run cables or mount equipment;
- give us safe access to the areas where work is needed, with power and, where relevant, an internet connection available;
- tell us about anything that could affect the work, such as hidden cables, pipes or restricted areas.
7. Using CCTV responsibly
You are responsible for how you use a CCTV or access control system once it is installed. This includes where cameras are pointed, how recordings are stored and who can view them. You must follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any rules set by your building or community, and respect the privacy of other people. We install the system as agreed with you and cannot be responsible for how it is used afterwards.
8. Equipment and installation
- We install the equipment described in your quote. If an item is not available, we may offer an equivalent item and will tell you before we use it.
- Work is carried out with reasonable care and skill, and we tidy the area when we finish.
- Any warranty on workmanship is stated in your quote or the handover information. Equipment may also carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which is given on the manufacturer's terms.
- Before we hand over, we test the system and show you how it works.
9. Support and maintenance
After handover we remain available to help. Support, maintenance visits and fault repairs are provided as agreed in your quote or as offered on the booking page. Visits to repair a fault on an existing system may be chargeable.
10. What a system can and cannot do
Security and network systems reduce risk and make problems easier to deal with, but no system can guarantee that theft, damage or other incidents will not happen, or that a connection will never be interrupted. Internet speed and availability also depend on your internet provider and on factors outside our control. We design and install your system carefully, but we cannot promise outcomes that depend on other people or services.
11. Third-party services and equipment
Some parts of a system depend on others, for example your internet provider, a cloud or mobile app service, or equipment made by other companies. We are not responsible for outages, changes or faults in those third-party services, although we will help you understand the cause and the options where we can.
12. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business or data, that arise from the use of our website or services. Where we are responsible for a loss, our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for the service that the claim relates to.
13. Using this website

14. Your information
When you send us an enquiry or book a visit, we use the details you give to reply to you and to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version on the website when you use it, or when you accept a quote, is the version that applies to you.
16. Governing law and disagreements
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. If we cannot agree, the matter may be taken to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
